Overview

CSG is seeking a Tax Accountant II to prepare and file sales and use tax returns, assist with audits, and handle related responsibilities.

• Prepare and file monthly sales and use tax returns.
• Research taxability of transactions.
• Assist with sales and use tax audits.
• File Nebraska incentive claims.
• Reconcile sales tax accounts.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of sales and use tax experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and use tax.
• Experience with Avalara, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and solve problems independently.
• Proficient in English in a business environment.
