• Lead a remote billing team of 4-6 individuals.
• Oversee the entire billing cycle, ensuring invoices are accurate and timely.
• Analyze complex billing data to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Evaluate and improve existing billing processes and implement automation solutions.
• Manage billing systems and ensure data integrity.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Create and maintain documentation of billing processes.
• Support accounts receivable with outstanding invoices.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IT principles and data structures.
• Associate’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and data visualization.
• Experience with AI automation and RPA technologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive mindset for process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• 2-5 years of experience in billing, finance, or IT roles.
