Demand Generation Specialist - Remote

Overview

BPM seeks a Demand Generation Specialist to execute high-impact marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline. In this role, you'll work closely with our content and digital teams to deploy multi-channel campaigns, optimize lead nurture flows, and maintain marketing operations.

• Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, social, and paid platforms.
• Configure campaign tracking and automation sequences in HubSpot.
• Deploy SEO-optimized content assets across campaign channels.
• Implement landing page and CTA optimizations.
• Execute comprehensive QA testing of campaign elements.
• Monitor campaign metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain comprehensive campaign tracking in Monday.com.
• Execute list segmentation based on established targeting criteria.
• Deploy automated nurture workflows for lead qualification.
• Optimize conversion points throughout the funnel.

Requirements

• 5 years of B2B demand generation experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on marketing automation expertise (HubSpot preferred).
• Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress preferred).
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
• Analytics and reporting proficiency (Google Analytics preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
