• Promote information security practices.
• Analyze and communicate monthly utilization reports.
• Lead weekly staffing calls to address resourcing issues.
• Identify needs for additional talent and work with Talent Acquisition.
• Foster relationships across core disciplines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of experience in a professional environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing or creative agency experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Prior experience with OpenAir and NetSuite is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think creatively and work collaboratively.
