Overview

The role of the Resource Specialist is to develop, manage, and maintain relationships with all community health and human service agencies, ensuring the quality and accuracy of a resource database.

• Researches and analyzes information about community health and human services.

• Develops reports and presentations on community resources.
• Communicates changes in program services.
• Represents United Way at meetings and events.
• Supports fundraising and grant efforts.
• Participates in staff meetings and development of work plans.
• Provides staff support at United Way functions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Remote work experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate, MS Office Suite knowledge.
