Senior Martech Execution Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Martech Execution Manager to join our growing team. A key member of the Martech Engineering team, this role is responsible for the orchestration between all teams for CRM projects and campaigns.

In Short

• Manage and report on projects, accounts, and schedules daily.
• Provide timely communication across teams.
• Facilitate regular production and status meetings.
• Coordinate campaigns from initial stages through delivery.
• Create timelines and work back plans for campaigns.
• Ensure project stages are met according to briefs and deadlines.
• Track progress and update stakeholders regularly.
• Assist with campaign calendar and launch timing.
• Recommend process improvements proactively.
• Create and refine operation processes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, project management, or technical coordination.
• Workfront knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation technology a plus.
• Ability to manage workload across multiple projects.
• Proactive and independent work style.
• Adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to be on call outside of business hours.
