• Design end-to-end AI architectures, including data pipelines and model development.
• Leverage modern AI/ML frameworks and platforms such as TensorFlow and AWS SageMaker.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability and reliability.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business challenges.
• Provide technical leadership in architecture design sessions.
• Evangelize responsible AI practices and governance.
• Guide and mentor delivery teams in AI solution deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues as needed.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI/ML.
• Represent Bounteous in industry forums and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks and tools.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native AI/ML platforms.
• Hands-on experience with data architecture and integration.
• Proven ability to implement production-grade AI/ML solutions.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• AI/ML certifications from major cloud providers preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
