AI Architect - Remote

Overview

The AI Architect at Kustomer will enhance customer experiences through AI by working closely with clients to build AI agents and integrations.

In Short

• Lead technical discovery sessions with clients.
• Design and build AI agents for automated customer experience tasks.
• Create demo environments to showcase Kustomer AI capabilities.
• Guide clients in data integration activities.
• Support pre-sales conversations with the account executive team.
• Collaborate with team members during customer onsite visits (up to 25% travel).
• Author documentation and best practice guides.
• Work with Product & Engineering on AI functionality direction.
• Ensure AI knowledge is disseminated throughout the customer experience organization.

Requirements

• Experience in engineering, architecture, or technical consulting in Enterprise B2C SaaS.
• Track record in prompt engineering and API integrations.
• Ability to conduct effective customer discovery sessions.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and customer support space.
• Proficient in testing REST APIs and debugging.
• Strong presentation skills for explaining complex ideas.
• Curiosity for exploring new technologies and sharing insights.
