Visual Designer - Remote

Overview

This role covers the entire funnel—leading projects and creation of assets while working closely with the Head of Design and Growth Marketing teams. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenges building a memorable brand experience.

In Short

• Elevate the brand by creating intentional, contextual, and beautiful visual assets.
• Partner with Marketing to create memorable marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Designers and Customer Experience for consistent messaging.
• Assist Sales and Account Management in understanding Bounce Partners' needs.

Requirements

• Strong visual design and branding skills.
• Experience creating campaigns, including out of home marketing.
• Collaborative, results-oriented problem-solver.
• Understanding of brand communication for customer and partner engagement.
• Learning mindset with a focus on experimentation.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Passion for pushing brands forward and staying updated on market trends.
• Plus: motion design skills.
