Staff Product Designer – Platform & Onboarding Team - Remote

Overview

The Staff Product Designer for the Onboarding team at Boulevard will own the end-to-end experience of bringing customers live on the platform, focusing on creating intuitive and delightful onboarding experiences.

In Short

• Shape the vision for custom migrations and self-serve tools.
• Collaborate with PMs and CSMs to translate customer needs into product goals.
• Contribute to the design system with new components.
• Help define success metrics for onboarding processes.
• Lead the design process from research to high-fidelity UI design.

Requirements

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving requirements.
• Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma.
• Strong product thinking skills.
• Experience in user research and usability testing.
• Background in B2B or operational SaaS tools.
• Strong collaboration mindset.
