Overview

This role focuses on visual design within marketing, supporting content creation, event coordination, and video editing while providing opportunities to grow in content marketing.

In Short

• Create high-impact sales presentations using Canva and PowerPoint.
• Design marketing materials including one-pagers, PDFs, and social assets.
• Edit short-form videos for ads and marketing content.
• Design website sections and elements in Figma.
• Write and refine short-form marketing copy for social media and ads.
• Design visuals for trade fairs and events.
• Support event organization with execution tasks.
• Collaborate with instructional designers for visual learning materials.
• Maintain a consistent visual system across all marketing channels.
• Work closely with the founder and senior marketer.

Requirements

• Strong design fundamentals in hierarchy, layout, typography, and brand consistency.
• A portfolio showcasing real work and design range.
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on mindset with a focus on producing content.
• Solid written English skills for marketing copy.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative communication skills.
