Overview

This critical role is key in driving high quality growth, delivery and world class customer experiences as part of the Field Service Engineering Team of the Samsung Digital Radiography (DR) business.

In Short

• Perform installation, calibration, and corrective repair of digital radiography equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and decommissioning of systems.
• Ensure safe and appropriate operations of imaging equipment.
• Support other modalities such as Ultrasound when required.
• Drive high quality growth and customer experiences.
• Work under the supervision of the Regional FSE Manager.
• Occasional travel to various locations.

Requirements

• Experience in field service engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of digital radiography and ultrasound systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Familiarity with medical imaging technologies.
