Service Engineer for the Nordic Countries - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Service Engineer with a passion for technical solutions and the ability to be part of a great team. You will join our Nordic organization based in the office in Roskilde, providing services predominantly for our Nordic base while also collaborating with our head office in Switzerland and other subsidiaries in Europe.

In Short

• Position based in Roskilde, Denmark.
• Responsible for service delivery including calibration, installation, and customer support.
• Extensive travel required within the Nordic region and occasionally across Europe.
• Work in a regulated environment ensuring compliance and service excellence.

• Perform accredited calibration services and system qualification testing.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a field-based technician or engineering role.
• Education in electrical installations or related fields.
• Fluent in Danish and good command of English.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• Ability to work independently with available support.
• Basic IT skills, familiarity with Microsoft systems is essential.
• Experience in the quality pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a plus.
• Technical training or relevant higher education is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the Nordic area.
