Overview

The Manufacturing/Production Supervisor at Bosch will supervise and coordinate the activities of Production Associates in a make-to-order heat pump manufacturing environment, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance with organizational policies.

• Supervise and coordinate Production Associates in manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of Manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of Leadership experience in Manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft products.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Control.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.
