Production Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supervising production operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while maintaining inventory integrity.

In Short

• Ensure timely and accurate production of finished goods.
• Supervise multiple manufacturing lines.
• Monitor inventory levels and production scheduling.
• Maintain quality of produced items.
• Act as back-up for production operators as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of batch records and controlled documents.
• Collaborate with Quality and Warehouse departments.
• Develop and mentor production staff.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Manage documentation for production orders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous SAP experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of compounding/blending/mixing experience.
• Effective problem solving/root cause analysis skills.
• At least 1 year of managing people experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in an FDA regulated environment is a plus.
