Overview

This internship position at Bosch involves supporting the Sales Controlling and Commercial Coordination team in various financial tasks, including accounts receivable, reporting, and order management.

In Short

• Coordinate with teams on bill placement of special invoices.
• Track and analyze invoice types for bill placement.
• Monitor sample invoices and follow up with logistics and sales.
• Generate and submit invoice summaries per customer requirements.
• Consolidate monthly sales reports in ASEAN.
• Support order management and invoice posting.
• Assist in mitigating control of debit and credit notes.
• Work in a multinational environment with flexible hours.
• Minimum 3 months internship starting from July 2024.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or related fields.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Creative, independent, and proactive.
• Proficient in Ms. Office; Excel and Power BI are advantages.
• Available for a minimum of 3 months internship.
