Financial Controller - Remote

Overview

The Financial Controller will be responsible for ensuring the execution and improvement of operational controlling processes, monitoring financial targets, and providing strategic advice to managers.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in controlling or finance.
• Experience with end-to-end process transformation.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and SAP.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong mentoring and problem-solving skills.
• Structured and analytical working style.
• Team player with high customer orientation.
• Willingness to travel and work in an intercultural environment.
