Overview

The Head of Lifecycle Marketing will own the end-to-end customer journey for both providers and customers on our platform. This includes building and optimizing comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV/LTV), leveraging customer data to drive segmentation (in conjunction with Performance and Product Marketing), and collaborating closely with our Martech, Data, and Product senior leadership teams to ensure seamless CRM stack integration.

  • Own the customer journey for both sides of the marketplace.
  • Develop strategies for customer and provider acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Design and implement lifecycle programs for long-term retention and growth.
  • Partner with Product for lifecycle program integration into product experiences.
  • Manage the CRM tech stack and CDP for effective customer data leverage.
  • Align lifecycle campaigns with product launches and customer success efforts.
  • Lead the development of robust segmentation strategies.
  • Drive personalization across various communication channels.
  • Define and optimize onboarding flows for customers and providers.
  • Drive engagement with key product features.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in lifecycle marketing across app and web ecosystems.
  • Experience with deeplinking technologies (e.g., Branch.io).
  • Strong analytical skills for customer data and segmentation.
  • Proven track record in driving customer engagement and retention.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in managing CRM and marketing technology stacks.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and lifecycle stages.
  • Ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Experience in driving measurable business impact through marketing initiatives.
