As a Small Business Sales Account Executive at Bolt, you will drive growth by connecting high-potential ecommerce and fintech merchants with innovative checkout solutions, owning the full sales cycle and collaborating with various teams to tailor solutions.

In Short

  • Own and manage a full-cycle sales process for small to mid-sized merchants.
  • Identify and engage high-value ecommerce and fintech merchants.
  • Partner with marketing to drive lead generation efforts.
  • Tailor pitches and product demos for specific merchant needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Represent Bolt at industry events and webinars.
  • Gather and share market feedback to shape strategy.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, ideally in SaaS, ecommerce, or fintech.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the ecommerce and fintech ecosystem.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical offerings clearly.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in a product-led or startup environment.
