In Short

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying to negotiating and closing.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and proposals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to mid-sized merchants.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Track and manage activity and pipeline with accuracy.
  • Represent Bolt at industry events.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS, ecommerce, fintech, or related sectors.
  • Success in closing mid-market deals.
  • Strong understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem.
  • Consultative selling skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally.
  • Fluency in sales tech stack tools like Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Bonus: Experience at a high-growth startup.
