Overview

As a CM Risk Analyst at Bold, you will be responsible for handling requests related to account validation, fraud alerts, and post-onboarding configurations for merchants, contributing to the achievement of the area’s OKRs.

In Short

• Validate linked merchant accounts according to established processes and timelines.
• Monitor transactions using tools provided by Bold to mitigate fraud risk.
• Address escalated requests from Sales and Support teams.
• Update data upon request from linked merchants.
• Handle requests from acquiring banks and networks.
• Manage and follow up on the reversal process.
