AML Specialist - Transaction Monitoring - Remote

Overview

As an AML Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing the monitoring and analysis of transactions to prevent and detect money laundering and terrorist financing activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and the integrity of the organization's processes.

• Investigate and analyze transactions to identify unusual patterns.
• Analyze alerts and unusual operations from defined methodologies.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence for high-risk operations and clients.
• Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to authorities.
• Provide specialized knowledge in anti-money laundering and terrorist financing.
• Stay updated on trends and changes in legislation.
• Propose continuous improvements to monitoring processes.
• Participate in updating detection methodologies and tools.
• Prepare periodic reports on compliance monitoring management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory SLAs and alignment with organizational OKRs.

Requirements
