In Short

  • Own the full customer experience.
  • Respond to customer messages through Gorgias.
  • Work with our AI assistant in Gorgias.
  • Manage returns and exchanges through Loop Returns.
  • Troubleshoot order issues in Shopify.
  • Use Slack to collaborate with internal teams.
  • Track and surface customer insights.
  • Support community management on Instagram.
  • Refine CX systems in Gorgias.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Proficiency with Gorgias, Loop, and Shopify.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused mindset.
