Business Intelligence Project Manager - Remote

In Short

• Oversee the application of project management methodology throughout all phases of the Business Intelligence project cycle.
• Manage project design, scope, cost control, quality assurance, and performance reporting.
• Lead meetings and provide comprehensive status reports to executive-level leadership.
• Document program details including user stories, features, and Epics.
• Define requirements within Azure DevOps and manage sprint/status meetings.
• Facilitate training materials and develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with teams to develop readiness and training for impacted roles.
• Drive assigned tasks to completion and engage stakeholders professionally.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience with ADO, SharePoint, Excel.
• 5+ years' experience in a PM role.
• 4+ years' experience with MSFT Office Suite.
• 2+ years' experience with Power BI / Reporting databases.
• 2+ years' experience in Technical Writing skills/status reporting.
• Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Understanding of change management processes and methodologies.
• Ability to monitor and report the status of landing efforts and adoption metrics.
