Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, competitive, and customer-focused Inbound Sales Agent to join our growing Consumer Sales and Retention team.

In Short

  • Handle inbound sales calls to establish new services and upgrade existing accounts.
  • Conduct outbound campaigns to collect overdue payments, retain customers, and reactivate services.
  • Handle inbound retention calls from existing customers to address concerns and retain services.
  • Present and promote company products/services in a compelling manner.
  • Accurately capture customer interactions and sales results.
  • Meet or exceed sales and service performance metrics.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to deliver win-win solutions.
  • Follow sales strategies while adapting communication style.
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must live in Florida.
  • Proven experience in customer sales.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional phone presence and ability to build rapport.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable using call-handling software.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
