Overview

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for increasing the number of active subscribers and product penetration in assigned multi-dwelling properties/communities by selling and promoting Blue Stream products, including video, high-speed Internet, and voice.

In Short

  • Responsible for making sales and obtaining orders for services.
  • Travel throughout the state based on business needs.
  • Identify upselling opportunities in community events.
  • Participate in sales strategy development.
  • Provide feedback to enhance sales processes.
  • Maintain quality service by selling appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct Town Halls to educate residents.
  • Create orders utilizing ICOMS billing system.
  • Educate residents on additional service options.
  • Handoff launch or conversion to account management.

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual.
  • 2 years sales experience; telecom sales is a plus.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven sales skills through consultative sales process.
  • Ability to handle stress and pressure effectively.
  • Technical/professional expertise required for the job.
  • Ability to work with diverse backgrounds effectively.
  • High standards of performance and accountability.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
