Overview

The Recruiter IV will provide recruiting and staffing services to the Lake County management team, responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, recruiting external candidates, and overseeing the entire pre-employment process.

In Short

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
  • Proactively source external candidates through various channels.
  • Oversee all pre-employment processes including background checks.
  • Provide recommendations for competitive offers.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Generate reports on key recruiting metrics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience with candidate screening and interview techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with ATS for candidate tracking.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics.
  • SHRM certification preferred.
  • Master’s degree in HR is a plus.
