In Short

• Develop and advance the project pipeline to expedite permits and approvals.
• Act as a key liaison between BSU and local stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and lead permitting and entitlement processes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Negotiate local tax incentives to enhance project viability.
• Plan and execute community engagement initiatives.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility.
• Support the transition of projects from development to construction.
• Represent BSU at public hearings and respond to community concerns.
• Stay informed about local policy and energy sector developments.

Requirements

• Strong background in community outreach and permitting.
• Experience in local government relations within the renewable energy sector.
• Ability to make presentations to local officials.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of BESS and solar energy projects.
• Ability to coordinate with various local agencies.
• Experience in public speaking and community representation.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
