• Lead the Product Roadmap for nonprofit fundraising strategy.
• Conduct research with customers and stakeholders to prioritize features.
• Become a subject matter expert in nonprofit best practices.
• Make data-driven decisions to inform product strategy.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Define and document product requirements clearly.
• Measure success through defined goals and metrics.
• Communicate trade-off decisions to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of features with positive outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Manager experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience interacting with customers and prospects.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with agile and scrum methodologies.
