• Join as a Deputy BSA & Sanctions Officer for the Americas in Dallas.
• Support compliance and regulatory matters focusing on financial crimes compliance.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of a comprehensive BSA/AML program.
• Manage monitoring, investigation, data validation, reporting, and recordkeeping functions.
• Conduct risk assessments for BSA & OFAC annually.
• Update BSA/AML & Sanctions policies and procedures.
• Evaluate procedures and controls within the BSA & Sanctions program.
• Ensure timely reviews of high-risk customers.
• File Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and other regulatory reports.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial crimes compliance.
• Knowledge of laws governing client due diligence.
• Experience with high-risk client groups.
• Experience improving onboarding processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional experience with cryptocurrencies is advantageous.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACAMS, ICA) preferred.
• Must be located in Dallas.
