In Short

• Lead and manage a team of backend engineers.
• Act as the hands-on technical authority in the team.
• Define the technical roadmap, architecture, and standards for backend development.
• Mentor and coach engineers.
• Drive the implementation of backend systems and APIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Stay involved in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges.
• Maintain a balance between managing the team and technical contributions.
• Serve as a key technical point of contact for professional services engagements.
• Translate customer business needs into actionable technical deliverables.

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience.
• 5+ years as a team lead or engineering manager.
• Deep knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A service-oriented mindset.
• A track record of building customer-facing solutions.
