We are seeking a Snowflake Practice Leader (VP) to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion within our Strategic Partnerships & Alliance ecosystem.

In Short

• Drive the growth and development of the Snowflake practice across Blend.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Snowflake.
• Leverage existing network inside the Snowflake ecosystem to build relationships with key decision makers.
• Manage deal registration and partner portal oversight.
• Oversee partnership funding and co-sell initiatives.
• Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor partner performance metrics for growth opportunities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders for effective partnership initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting on partnership performance.
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in managing strategic partnerships or alliances.
• Demonstrated success in managing relationships with Snowflake.
• Strong expertise in partner portal management and co-sell program execution.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends.
• Experience with CRM (preferably HubSpot).
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable presenting to C-Level executives.
