Overview

Blake Willson Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee a contract while managing four key focus areas: financial performance, quality, personnel, and growth.

In Short

• Oversee all contract program management functions.
• Manage pre-award and post-award acquisition support.
• Develop forecasting tools for cost analysis and budgeting.
• Map acquisition and contracting processes.
• Assist with contract monitoring and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize procurement processes.
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 15 years of professional experience in federal acquisition processes.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.
• Expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 15 years of professional experience with at least 10 years in federal acquisition.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 3 years of experience with IAS, PLCE Management, SAM, and FMMI.
• PMP Certification.
• Expertise in FAR and AGAR.
