We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing team, where you will play a critical role in evaluating audit procedures, implementing corrective actions, and supporting the continuous improvement of audit readiness efforts.

In Short

  • This role is 100% remote.
  • Collaborate with audit and finance teams to assess and improve existing audit processes.
  • Analyze audit findings to identify trends and areas for remediation.
  • Support modernization efforts in financial management.
  • Conduct audit support and remediation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD financial policies and relevant laws.
  • Assist in documentation and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in auditing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of financial management experience.
  • Professional certifications like CGFM, CDFM, CIA, CISA, or ITIL are desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit-related software/tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively.
