Brownfield Redevelopment Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Brownfield redevelopment projects from initial site assessments to remediation, design, construction, and community redevelopment. In this role, you will work directly with clients, municipalities, and stakeholders to deliver projects that meet regulatory compliance, sustainability goals, and client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 10+ years of Brownfield redevelopment experience.
• Strong knowledge of environmental site assessments.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships.
