Project Development Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Development Manager will support Project Managers in planning and executing project activities, ensuring smooth project delivery while collaborating with engineering teams and external consultants.

In Short

• Provide ongoing support to Project Managers.
• Review technical project documents for compliance.
• Coordinate with external consultants and local firms.
• Work with the Enlight engineering team to meet technical requirements.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Experience in project development within Italy is required.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards related to solar, wind, and BESS projects is advantageous.
• Fluency in Italian and a high level of English is necessary.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience is required.
• The role is remote with travel across Italy and occasionally to Israel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering – a must.
• Experience in developing projects within Italy – a must.
• Strong knowledge of reviewing technical project documents.
• Familiarity with industry standards for solar, wind, and BESS projects.
• Italian – Mother Tongue; high level of English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• 8-10 years of experience in a related field.
• Independent working capabilities and attention to detail.
• High motivation and strong collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
