Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in staffing sales to join our growing national team. This is a fully remote position for a driven professional who thrives on building new business relationships and expanding market presence across the United States.

In Short

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients across the U.S.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through client onboarding and relationship management.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance targets.
  • Represent the company at national conferences and industry networking events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized staffing and managed service solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience selling professional staffing services in IT, Finance, or Engineering to mid-market or enterprise-level clients.
  • Demonstrated success in new client acquisition within the staffing or managed services industry (MSP, RPO, or VMS).
  • Strong connections within the talent acquisition and workforce solutions community.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex sales process and influence multiple levels of decision-makers.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools (such as Dynamics), Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be a U.S. resident and able to travel for client meetings and industry events (23 times per year).
