HR Coordinator - Remote

Overview

As HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in maintaining an efficient and compliant HR function while helping to protect corporate executives and high-profile individuals.

In Short

• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
• Assist with the recruiting process including managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and sending offers.
• Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed.
• Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives and training coordination.
• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
• Support ongoing HR processes such as performance reviews and HR Policy updates.
• Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-changing environment, and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with US federal and state labor regulations and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
