Overview

The Revit Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary contact for customers, helping them maximize the value of the Revit software through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

In Short

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Revit focused on Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing systems.
  • 2+ years of experience in teaching or mentoring in Revit usage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational/time management skills.
