Overview

As a BJSS data engineer, you’ll help our clients deploy data pipelines and processes in a production-safe manner, using the latest technologies and with a DataOps culture.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of coding best practices.
• Experience in writing well-tested object-oriented Python.
• Knowledge of data storage and processing design choices.
• Experience in parallel computing for large datasets.
• Ability to programmatically deploy and monitor workflows.
• Experience with complex queries against data stores.
• Familiarity with error handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Understanding of dependency management and code quality.
• Experience with data versioning.
• Passion for building reliable and efficient data systems.
