Travel Agent - French Speaking - Remote

Overview

BizAway is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Travel Agent who speaks French to contribute to the growth and success of the company in the French and Swiss market.

In Short

• Help customers find convenient and cost-effective travel solutions.
• Manage overbooking and reallocations during trips.
• Provide quality and customized service based on customer needs.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken French (B2 and up).
• Experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or customer service.
• At least 2 years of experience helping clients.
• Knowledge of the travel industry concepts.
• Knowledge of GDS systems and travel providers.
• Experience in the tourism and travel industry.
• Experience in corporate customer service.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken French (B2 and up).
• Experience in a travel agency, tour operator, airline, or in customer service dedicated to hotels, rental companies, and all other travel-related activities.
• At least 2 years of previous experience helping Clients in any capacity/line of work.
• Knowledge of the main concept of the Travel Industry.
