In Short

• Lead technical and product aspects for pre and post sales activities.
• Manage client relationships and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering Teams.
• Serve as the client advocate and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Understand client requirements for the Sales Team.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years in an enterprise client facing technical role.
• Understanding of web services, PaaS, SaaS, APIs, SDKs.
• Experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales capacity.
• Strong client engagement and project management skills.
• Experience in blockchain technology and financial services.
• Professional proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related STEM field.
