Overview

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Instructure, you will guide prospective customers through the evaluation of our Learning Platform, focusing on products like Canvas LMS and Canvas Studio, while collaborating closely with sales teams and partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in SaaS.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Understanding of channel sales programs.
• Technical understanding of education technology and SaaS.
• Self-motivated and collaborative.
• Strong presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Organized and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Prepared for extensive travel.
