  • Track frequent call types for discussion during meetings.
  • Participate in daily team meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience as a team lead or supervisor is a bonus.
  • Spanish or French language skills are a plus.
