Overview

As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide technical support for DNS, domain transfers, email authorizations, and other similar issues while also assisting with customer support for social media-related concerns.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in technical or customer support.
• Strong knowledge of DNS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Front and Dialpad preferred.
• Experience using Canva for social media tasks.
• Experience with ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of Google Business Profile.
• Experience with Notion, Asana, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of site builders preferred.
