Overview

As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide technical support for DNS, domain transfers, email authorizations, and other similar issues while also assisting with customer support for social media-related concerns.

In Short

  • Provide high-level technical support to clients regarding DNS and email issues.
  • Respond to tickets in a timely manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to products or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Engage with customers through the internal customer service platform.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Provide support in social media content creation.
  • Manage social media content by reviewing and editing.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical or customer support, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Strong knowledge or experience in DNS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Front and Dialpad or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience using Canva for social media management.
  • Experience using ticketing tools for client issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of Google Business Profile.
  • Experience with Notion, Asana, or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of site builders is preferred.
