• Manage and track community growth, engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics of a portfolio of global creators.
• Collaborate with product managers to contribute to product and creator growth feature roadmaps.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage user communities across multiple platforms.
• Establish community quality monitoring systems to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
• Analyze product usage data and community engagement metrics to generate actionable insights.
• Plan and execute marketing and community campaigns to drive user acquisition.
• Align community initiatives with broader platform goals and campaigns.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in product operations, partnerships, or marketing, preferably in crypto or blockchain.
• Experience working with crypto creators or strong network within the crypto community.
• Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing or community campaigns.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships across stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and develop effective strategies.
