Overview

The Finance Manager will oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations while working in a dynamic blockchain environment.

In Short

• Own the month-end close process and deliver accurate, timely financial reports.
• Build and maintain internal controls to protect assets and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (CPA is a plus).
• 6-8 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and accounting standards.
• Comfortable with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration.
