• Oversee and evaluate the performance of market makers and liquidity providers.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with MMs to resolve issues and implement strategies.
• Ensure smooth settlement process with Market Makers and Liquidity providers.
• Direct FX and settlement operations for efficient remittance services.
• Work with Market makers to offer clients best execution prices.
• Develop and implement operational procedures for OTC and market operations.
• Monitor transaction flows and identify potential risks.
• Prepare detailed performance and risk reports for senior management.
• Stay updated on cryptocurrency and financial market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in market making, liquidity management, or OTC trading.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and liquidity management.
• Proficiency in FX operations and remittance service frameworks.
• Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring performance metrics.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for cryptocurrency and financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
