In Short

• Execute all marketing efforts with a hands-on approach.
• Work on integrated campaigns, starting with strategy and brief.
• Manage and grow our community via various Local Social Channels.
• Moderate local forums and social platforms to increase engagement.
• Identify additional avenues to build community and manage KOLs/Affiliates.
• Design and implement incentive programs for engagement.
• Coordinate inter-department cooperation for lead collection and market research.
• Brainstorm and implement online/offline event plans.
• Manage budgeting and vendor negotiations for events.

Requirements

• Proven community management experience with strong ownership.
• 2+ years experience launching community initiatives.
• 1+ year experience managing online/offline events.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency related terminologies and trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours to interact with the community.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
